Litigation

Tax

We support our clients in their tax compliance and represent them in audits and disputes with the authorities. To do so, we integrate a strategic perspective that helps anticipate risks and optimize the tax burden within the current legal framework. Foreign Investment

We facilitate the entry and expansion of foreign investors in Chile by providing comprehensive advisory services in the legal structuring of investments, company incorporation, and regulatory compliance. We coordinate tax, regulatory, and labor aspects to ensure the smooth implementation of investments. Our approach combines local knowledge with an international perspective, providing legal certainty at every stage of the process.

Labor and Employment
