Her practice focuses on labor and employment law advisory services and litigation. She has experience advising clients on complex employment relations matters and collective bargaining negotiations with labor unions, as well as resolving labor disputes through both judicial and administrative proceedings.

She also specializes in preparing legal opinions and leading internal corporate investigations related to compliance with Chile’s Karin Law (Law No. 21,643 on workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and workplace violence).
