Partner with extensive experience advising companies across a wide range of industries, supporting them throughout every stage of their business lifecycle—from incorporation and corporate structuring to commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, investment negotiations, and business sale or succession processes.
He actively serves on corporate boards, providing strategic insight and support for key business decisions. Prior to joining AJ, he developed his career at a Big Four firm, where he led complex restructuring and transaction projects. His approach combines technical excellence, practical business judgment, and a strong commitment to delivering sustainable results for clients.
